What does the Viber monthly fee cover?
It isn't a platform subscription — the fee is spent on your messages. Messages you send are consumed from it until the amount is reached; unused amounts don't roll over to the next month.
Do I pay for undelivered Viber messages?
No — Viber messages are billed only when delivered. SMS is billed per sent message.
Is there a setup fee or a platform subscription?
There's no platform subscription — you pay for messages. With your own sender there's a monthly channel fee, and an own SMS channel also has a one-time activation fee — all published on this page.
How long does sender activation take?
