We started with a simple observation: Bulgarian e-commerce was paying call centers to do what a well-timed message does better. Order confirmations, delivery updates, payment reminders — the moments that decide whether a parcel gets picked up or returned.
Today Connectix routes those moments across Viber and SMS with direct operator connectivity, automatic channel fallback and COD risk scoring — for online stores, courier-heavy businesses and everyone in between.
We're still a small product team, and we like it that way: the people who write the code also answer the emails. We believe every business deserves more — that's why we help our partners on their way to success.
